1. Insert the middle frame into the bottom frame.
2. Insert the top frame into the middle frame.
3. Turn the frame and screw the bolts into the back of the frame.
4. Turn the frame and screw the wheel into the bottom of the frame upside down.
5. Take a shelf and insert it into the lowest holes, up to the first hook. Then, lower the shelf.
6. Repeat with the remaining shelves.
7. Your art drying rack is ready for use!
