1. Take all components out of the packaging.
2. Identify the top components with plastic labels and hooks for attachment.
3. Connect the bottom components with a wire.
4. Connect the rows in the middle with a second wire.
5. Add the top components and finalize the frame by inserting the final wire that goes underneath the plastic labels.
6. Use the screws to tighten and keep all components together.
Your chips rack is ready to be used!
